Refund Policy
Full refund up to 12 months after purchase
If you have decided that our products are not for you, we are happy to make a full refund at any time up to 12 months after purchase. To request a refund, please email us directly at refunds@ricebridge.com, and we will be happy to refund your purchase. Refunds are made to the same payment card account used for the original purchase. We give immediate, no-questions-asked, refunds up to 30 days after purchase, and thereafter we require written confirmation of your refund request. Once a refund has been made, this in no way affects your standing with regard to discounts or any other incentives we have offered. You will retain your full access to our online client area. Please note that once a refund has been granted, you are no longer licensed to use the associated software and you must delete all copies in your possession.
